One of our established partners, Homeland, is a land holding company. Its primary focus and expertise is planning and development of community and infrastructure, as well as the creation of subdivisions of larger land holdings. The subdivided land parcels are then made available to property builders for development into house and land packages.
Homeland’s current development will incorporate more than 2000 land allotments, a substantial retirement and aged care facility, a 6-star resort, childcare centre, sporting fields, supermarket, medical centre, tavern, service station and other speciality restaurants. Stage 1 is already underway with a further 9 stages planned for the future.
